What you will be doing
You will be the first point of contact for all customers and field engineers. You will be responsible for responding to calls then recording and monitoring information received. You'll be tasked with developing and documenting procedures and workflows as well as responding to service issues and requests.

What you will need - skills and responsibilities
- You will be someone with excellent communication skills.
- You will have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office suite and servers.
- Preferably you will have excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- You will have knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment techniques.
Knowledge of the following would be beneficial:
- Java, C#, Antivirus and networking.
