IT Service Delivery Lead- Fixed term Contract with a reputable Energy Provider

Delighted to be working in partnership with a natural energy provider as they build out their Technical team for a strategic Billing project.
Your new role
Reporting To the IT and Business Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and delivery of Service Desk function and associated vendor-supplier management.
You will be an experienced IT Professional, with extensive experience in leading and managing IT supplier relationships and delivering secure IT services.
Typically you will manage in the Service Delivery Team raising tickets, both desk-side and mobile phone. Also involved in trend analysis and change management, business continuity and amending policies where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you should have good core knowledge of Windows Infrastructure and management tools and Cisco networking.
As well as having good knowledge of IT security techniques, you should have excellent organisational/interpersonal skills.
