MCS Group are delighted to be representing our longstanding client as the look to recruit a new HR Administrator for their head office in Newtownabbey. This reputable organisation are going through an exciting period of change, as they look to introduce new HR initiatives into the business. As the new HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider HR function.
As the new HR Administrator, you will be working with the wider team to ensure that there is a first class, effective service being provided to the business, across multiple sites. You will be involved across the full HR remit by providing first line advice to employees on all HR issues, taking full ownership of the HR systems, supporting and coordinationg the recruitment process across multiple vacancies, owning the full employee lifecycle from inductions to exit interviews, along with all other HR administrative duties.
To be successful you will need:
- 1+ year's experience in a similar HR role
- Relevant 3rd level qualification - business or HR discipline
- CIPD qualified
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment
