Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to manage the recruitment of an HR Administrator to join their award-winning business. Our client is a local manufacturing success story with various product lines. This organisation has been directly involved in the efforts to provide essential items during the Covid-19 outbreak and is somewhere which is innovative, forward-thinking and highly adaptable. Due to remaining busy and providing essential products, the organisation is now in a position to appoint a temporary HR Administrator for their Antirm based facility.
The role of HR Administrator is a crucial role within the business and whilst this role is largely administrative you will be the main point of contact on site for activities such as inductions, compliance and ensuring right to work documentation is accurate and complete. You will build relationships with employees across the board and be confident in directing queries to the reliant departmental heads. You will be involved in health and safety briefings and ensure personnel files are up to date at every stage.
The right person for this role will be someone coming with HR administration experience ideally gained within an industrial or manufacturing facility. You will be confident and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidates coming with an HR degree or similar may also be considered for this post.
The package for this role can be discussed with Honeycomb at first point of contact, however this position is paid hourly and is for the duration of a minimum of 2 months with possibility of extension.
