Hays HR is excited to be representing a Ballymena based organisation, in their search for a new HR Officer to join their HR team. You will be joining this company at an exciting time as they go through a sustained period of growth. This is a newly created job that will allow you to put your own stamp on the role.
Your new role
As the new HR Officer, it will be your job to support the day to day processes of the HR function. You will report directly to the HR Manager and you will work as a team to provide a first class HR service to a growing client base. This is a role that covers the full generalist HR remit, allowing you to further develop your skills within recruitment, employee relations, training and development and all other HR areas. As the HR Officer, you will play a key role in the organisation's next growth phase, with ambitious plans already made for the next 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years experience operating in a busy generalist HR role.
Strong employment law knowledge.
Experience with various HR systems, PAMS is desired but not essential.
