Your new role
You will diagnose issues and solve problems on a fascinating mix of old and cutting-edge new equipment. You'll improve and maintain. And you'll work individually and within a small, friendly and supportive team to make sure the equipment can maintain production targets. Safety is of a high priority and continuously improved. You will identify improvements and focus on route-cause analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be time-served mechanically or electrically, to a minimum NVQ Level 3, or equivalent. You will come from a manufacturing or production environment and will ideally be multi-skilled, although single-skilled applicants will be considered. You will be a strong communicator, and a team-player. Collaboration is very important to our client.
