Your new role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you'll already understand the requirements of such a role, and our client wants you to play a key part in the team, within this fast-paced manufacturing environment. You have a strong eye for detail and you will ensure that strict housekeeping procedures are adhered to. You strive towards continuous improvement of all machinery and equipment. This is a very rewarding role for a person who enjoys planning and implementing change, to the betterment of the entire organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Given that the role focuses on fault-finding and managing electrical repairs, you will need strong electrical skills and electrical engineering experience within a high-volume setting. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate that you have worked in a similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing plant. You will enjoy working as part of a team and you will be equally able to self-manage, when the occasion calls for it.
What you'll get in return
A great opportunity to earn over £39,000, following a 3-month probationary period. This is inclusive of shift premium. You can enjoy shutdowns over Christmas, the July fortnight and Easter.
