Customer Service Manager required in Lisburn in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland. This role is for a Permanent Role based in Lisburn
Ideally would like someone fluent in Spanish or German, the others speak Italian and French.

Follow up with customers with Quotes, Leads, Process orders, All admin work, manage junior guys,.
Managing a selection of customer accounts involving daily liaison with European customer base as well as other in-house departments.
- Sales order processing
- Receive, interpret and clarify orders.
- Check all order inputs are correct.
- Preparation of price lists and quotations
- 1st point of contact.
- Notifications to customers of price changes/product information etc.
- Dealing with customer queries via phone, e-mail
- Preparation of export documentation
- Sign all invoices for outward shipments & shipping documentation.
- Liaise with internal colleagues in reference to customer order queries
- Compile leads database
- Direct marketing
- Developing sales relationships
Paying £22000 - £25000
- Previous similar experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as multi-tasking
- IT Proficient
- Fluent in a European language
