This contractor has developed a successful operating model over the last 20 years demonstrating resilience & growth. Their existing portfolio of work spans across the Educational and Healthcare sectors with project values ranging to £20M+. The company has an enviable order book and client base with stable workload and healthy profitability and margins.


Your new role
You will be expected to take full life cycle responsibility for design, programme and delivery for a portfolio of multiple demanding contracts. As an experienced Senior Contracts Manager you must possess exceptional management and people skills where you will monitor and influence the overall progress of schemes and liaise with client, statutory bodies and design teams. As well as this you will lead and motivate operational teams including Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Engineering staff and subcontractors. The successful applicant will also play a key part in managing a high value repeat client base.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this particular role you must be a highly motivated and career driven individual who is commercially aware and technically astute. You will have a consistent employment track record and demonstrable experience as a multi-site Manager working on large scale building packages and projects. The appointed individual will be a highly motivated and organised individual who possesses the leadership qualities to further develop a high performing operational team. Highly technically competent and commercially astute the successful Senior Contracts Manager will be contractually competent and operate with an impressive professional personal brand.
