Hays NI are working alongside a Co. Antrim based specialist Fit Out Contractor in their search, selection and recommendation of an M&E Manager. Established for over 40 years the company has a proven track record and excellent reputation in high end interiors and refurbishment across the commercial, residential and corporate sectors. Due to an ever expanding 2020 order book and projected growth within their client base they require a proven M&E Manager to join their team and take complete project control and ownership for prestigious contract delivery.

Your new role
Based out of headquarters in Co. Antrim you will have previous experience working in a similar position on large scale, bespoke refurbishment or fit out projects. Reporting to the Contracts Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the M&E services at all stages of the project ensuring that the scope of works is estimated, designed, installed and commissioned in a safe manner, on time, within budget and to specification.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have a proven track record within the construction industry in an M&E role and a recognised qualification in a relevant discipline. Previous experience of interior fit-out projects is preferable. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to plan and stay one-step ahead and be self-motivated and adaptable. Candidates should be client focused, with sound commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results within deadlines.
