We are currently working on behalf of a client based in Newtownabbey to recruit a Credit Controller on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 5/6 weeks
Your new role
Working within the existing team, you will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
- Producing sales invoices in a timely manner;
- Liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment
- Prepare invoice corrections and credit notes when indicated
- Post journal entries onto the in-house accounting package
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a credit control position. You should be accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed and the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers. You should be able to work independently and a willingness to take on additional tasks and challenges.
What you'll get in return
This role offers an immediate start on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 5/6 weeks. You will be paid a competitive hourly rate, which will be paid weekly via Hays. This organisation are based in a convenient location in Newtownabbey, with onsite parking - you will also be afforded the opportunity to work from home several days per week should you wish.
