We are currently working on behalf of our client based in Antrim to recruit a Billing co-coordinator on a 12 month contract to cover maternity.
Your new role
Working within the billing team the main duties will include:
- Ensuring delivery of daily tariff billing and monthly contract billing activities.
- Assist the Credit Control and Revenue Protection Departments with debt recovery and credit management activities
- Administration of complaints process, including preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Take the lead in day to day activities within the Billing team under the direction of the Senior Billing Lead, escalating issues where appropriate, and delegating work consistently within the team
What you'll need to succeed
You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates should possess previous experience in a billing or analytical role and have Familiarity with contract billing arrangements and tariffs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing a busy multi-functional team and experience within the utilities sector would be beneficial.
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent role with a well-established firm on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 12 months. Should a permanent position arise within the duration the successful candidate will be offered the position subject to pre-specified conditions. The annual salary for the position is £23,000 per annum along with a number of additional benefits including free parking, life insurance and gym membership or well being programs.
