We are currently working on behalf of a client based in Newtownabbey to recruit an Accounts Receivable Administrator on a temporary contract basis with a view to being made permanent.
Your new role
Working within the existing team you will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
* Processing of sales invoices
* Checking invoices against Sales day books
* Contacting Debtors - Telephone/E-Mail
* Preparation of credit notes for authorisation
* Query Resolution
What you'll need to succeed
Successful applicants will possess a minimum of five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths and demonstrable administration experience within Finance base environment for a minimum of 1 year. You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills and good IT Skills - MS Office and Accounts Software experience.
