Energis is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for our client, a successful manufacturing company based near Antrim.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Office Manager, and is an excellent part time opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy working environment.
- Assist the office manager in producing daily sales invoices, monthly VAT returns, bank lodgements and month end reports
- Maintaining the company purchase ledger system.
- Allocating of receipts to debtors and payments to general ledger accounts.
- Additional office duties including answering the telephone and dealing with queries from suppliers and customer orders.
- Min 3 years previous relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Sage and MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
This role offers a salary of £18k pro rata, working hours are flexible up to 25 hours per week.
