Our client in Mallusk are looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join a small friendly team on a part-time basis.
Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm (this may vary slightly depending on business needs).
This will be a varied position and duties will include:
- Checking & processing of supplier invoices
- Processing information onto purchase and sales ledgers
- Liaising with all creditors and debtors
- Maintaining financial records (journals, bank reconciliations etc) a sound understanding of the double entry process is a must.
- Additional bookkeeping as and when required
- General business administration support & office duties as and when required
- 2 years Bookkeeping/accounts experience
- Experience with accounting software
- Proficient in all MS Office applications.
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C (including Maths & English)
Ability to communicate in a concise and professional manner.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
