The client is now seeking an experienced and competent Customer Experience Senior Programme Manager to join the senior management team.
The purpose of the role is to design, implement and launch a new forward thinking customer experience programme. This will enable the business to successfully move into its next phase in customer journey optimisation. You will work cross function to ensure an implementation plan is in place for a unified and cohesive approach to the customer journey across the entire business. You will be required to work with the board to align the framework of the customer journey, satisfaction and loyalty. You will influence the entirety of the project with your solid and proven successful approach to enhancing the customer experience of the business.
The role is on a fixed term contract until Sept 2023
Educated to degree level you will have gained substantial and proven experience within a customer experience role within transport. You will have the ability to successfully lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver challenging business objectives. You will be successful in your approach and outcome of in the managing of projects end to end. You will have experience in budgetary control in order to meet the requirements of a project plan.
