We are partnering with a large public services organisation experiencing fantastic growth to find an experienced Service Delivery Manager
Your new role
You will manage a site and any sub-sites overseeing all aspects of the day-today running of the site and wider organisation. You will contribute as a key member within the Management team and develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and represent the organisation accordingly. You will lead the way in identifying new opportunities for change and lead continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives throughout the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You must possess a minimum of a third level qualification and demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience in operational management in a unionised environment. You will have experience of managing safety, performance and be able to drive improvements through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. You will need experience in financial forecasting and budget planing and a working knowledge of NI employment law will be essential. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service as well excellent stakeholder management so experience in these fields is also essential.
