The role of Support Manager consists of providing front line support for system users/customers and providing an exceptional customer experience on each call. You will be desk-based for the majority of your role but may go on site to build relationships and ensure the appropriate support is being offered by other departments/contractors. You will be responsible for maximising customer relationships and being the go-to person for any initial technical issues.
The right person for this role will be someone coming from the telecoms sector who has a strong grasp of networks and what can affect them. There is no technical requirement for this role however demonstrable knowledge of the sector must be clearly demonstrated.
