Honeycomb is pleased to be recruiting for a Team Leader for a fantastic business based in Belfast. The client is a leading utilities provider with a national presence on the market. Having been established for 10+ years, the business has experienced considerate organic growth creating a need for a new Team Leader to supervise a customer service team.
The role of Team Leader is a senior position within the customer care team. The successful Team Leader will ensure motivation is evident, KPIs are met and identify areas for ongoing development for the Customer Service Representatives. The role of Team Leader feeds in to the Team Manager and Managing Director. The role will consist of utilising IT systems to monitor progress and team objectives.
The right person for this role will be an experienced Team Leader with a minimum of 3 years experience. You will have experience gained within a professional contact centre environment ideally and be professional, articulate and driven to succeed. This is a role for someone seeking progression and opportunities to grow within their role.
