Honeycomb is delighted to assist a public sector client with the recruitment of an Administrative Team Leader (legal dept). Temporary ongoing w/ open longevity; Belfast.
The Client - This client operates on a large scale with regards it's functional business support across multiple departments. Alongside the centralised business services unit; this client has an opening throughout legal services. The day to day operation of the client surrounds dealing with internal & external stakeholders in relation to compliance and policy issues that require administration. Equally, investigating research activities will play a primary role in assisting senior staff develop or amend strategies or policies and practices.
The Role - This will involve supervising a small administrative team as well as assuming responsibility for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Legal Services office - including the organising of people, information & other resources, ensuring that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively. The role will also include assisting with the financial management and regulatory requirements of the office, including the attainment of ISO 9001 casefiles.
The Person - GCSE English Language & Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent qualification
- A level 3 qualification and at least 1 year's relevant senior administration experience in the last 5 years to include inputting and extracting of information into database/CRM.
- A high level of competence in the use of IT packages, in particular the Microsoft Office Suite.
- People management experience.
