Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a Scheduler for a fantastic business based in Dunmurry. The client is a fantastic organisation which operates within the engineering sector. The client is a large, locally owned business who has experienced considerable growth in recent years. Investing heavily in their premises and growth strategy, the business is now in a position to employ a Scheduler for the M&E department on a permanent basis.
The role of Scheduler is the ideal position for an organised individual who can adapt to a variety of tasks. The successful Scheduler will be an excellent communicator and assist with individual projects as set out by the Project Manager. The position incorporates invoicing, coordination, diary management and overall scheduling of tasks. You will support with email enquiries and work flow for the wider team. This is a highly interesting position.
The right person for this role will have strong IT skills, including full use of MS Office Packages. You will come from fast-paced environment where you are expected to work autonomously at times. You will have experience of working within an engineering environment. The right person for this role will have a minimum of 2+ years pure administration experience and a strong level of education.
The package for this role is a competitive salary dependent on experience with parking on site. The wider benefit package can be discussed upon first interview with Honeycomb.
