The role of Sales Operations Specialist is a strategic sales administration position with an emphasis on updating and ensuring the quality of the CRM system is upheld. You will be responsible for analysing the sales process and providing data cleansing. Your role will liaise directly with the sales team, supply chain team and technical team - making it a diverse and stimulating position. Your role will be to detect areas for business improvement and report back to the wider team.
The right person for this role will be a sales administration professional with experience of using a CRM/ERP/MRP system. You will have a strong Excel skill set (demonstrable on your CV) and be someone who is comfortable working with data. This isn't a technical role from a qualified perspective, however this role will only suit candidates who are highly proficient with technology/IT. Having a business or finance related degree is also essential for this role. Candidates not coming with this experience unfortunately cannot be considered for this role.
