The client is a prominent entity on the local market and has an exceptional culture, working environment and product range. The business is highly innovative and is constantly engaged in new product development. Due to the technical nature of the business, you will have the opportunity to meet with some of the top scientific minds in Northern Ireland and also liaise with with partners on a global scale.
The role of Sales Coordinator is a essentially a strategic sales support/sales administrator position which encompasses customer care, logistics and wider supply chain tasks. The position involves building strong Cross-business relationships whilst managing accurate data entry and administration. You will use ERP, Excel and wider MS Office packages to fulfil your role. This is a diverse opportunity where no 2 days are the same - so for someone who likes the stimulation that comes with an array of tasks, this is definitely the role for you.
The right person for this role must be someone coming from a sales support/administration background specifically. People coming without demonstrable experience in this area cannot be considered, unfortunately. As this is a contract role, someone immediately available may benefit most from this opportunity. Personality wise, the client is seeking someone who is a team player and who enjoys an upbeat working environment. Successful candidates will have industry experience ideally and also come with an intermediate-advanced Excel skill set.
