The client is customer-focused in every task which they undertake and the role of Receptionist is a business critical position which sets the tone for the overall visitor experience within the organisation.
The role of Receptionist is a front of house position which is responsible for greeting customers at first point of contact, be it on the phone or in person. You will be responsible for managing facilities at front of house, providing security passes and communicating with every department of the business. You will also be responsible for general administration and be involved in key business processes.
The right person for this role with have demonstrable previous Receptionist experience and a strong working proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages. The successful candidate will be outgoing, enthusiastic and professional with a can-do attitude.
