Honeycomb is delighted with the opportunity to work with one of the UK's biggest construction companies in hope of securing the role of Project Administrator.
The Client is one of the biggest construction companies within the UK. The role will be primarily set in the companies head office located in greater Belfast, however you will be required to make site visits to monitor the projects progress. The company likes to work closely with their employees and help develop their careers. The company is due to commence new projects and therefore in need of the role of project administrator.
In the role you will be responsible for the planning of the projects budget, coordination of team members, keeping an eye on the progression of the project, making sure project guidelines are met by team members, liaising with clients and senior officials with updates on the project.
The right person will have great communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project managers and project coordinators. You need to be able to use your time efficiently and meet tight deadlines, have great analytical skills and use your own initiative. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft packages and have 3+ years experience in project administration.
