Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a Rapidly expanding IT company in Belfast to recruit for a Personal Assistant. This is Permanent and also has potential for hybrid working.
This client is a hugely exciting IT company with major plans for rapid growth over the next 6 months and beyond. They also have a major focus on employees progression with internal progression a major focus while they expand on their 3 UK offices with new offices being added in the Americas and Europe.
- Acting as a first point of contact by dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings with controlling access to the executive.
- Process expense and other financial records
- Corporate travel and accommodation booking
- Organising events and conferences
- Ensure management are aware of important actions
- Typing and compiling notes and minutes
- Ensure the database is up to date and accurate
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- High levels of attention to details
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A high degree of IT literacy, particularly MS office suite
- High level of grammar, punctuation, numeracy and mathematical skills
- Professional communication style
- Work well in a small team environment and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A knowledge of accounting processes and terminology
- Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential
- Competitive salary DOE £24,000-£28,000 including benefits package
- Flexible working including potential work from home
