This firm has a dedicated team of Solicitors who specialise across Business and Personal Law. With attractive hourly rates across the legal secretary function; they currently have a vacancy that is initially temporary with potential extension. A competitive training package is attainable for all permanent employees, which can be discussed upon registration.
Sitting within a team of four and reporting to the lead solicitor; duties will include:
- Operating in-house system to track and document activity
- Draft letters and routine correspondence
- Proof read and correct documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy in all work produced
- Open, maintain & close files following the company's internal process
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages
- Raise client bills when required
- A law graduate
- Demonstrable experience in a administrative role within the legal sector
- Has a positive attitude that fosters a pro-active ethos in the rest of the team and department
- Attention to detail, someone who can take and follow direction, communicate effectively
- Previous admin / secretarial experience in Commercial Property
