The role of Office Operations Manager is a dynamic position which involves coordinating all aspects of administration within the office. You will support the sales team in delivering business objectives and provide hands on support to internal projects. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to manage client relationships and tight timescales. You will utilise IT packages, including advanced use of MS Excel, to fulfil this position. You will manage a junior member of the administration team. These duties are by no means exhaustive as this is a highly interesting and varied role.
The right person for this role will be a strong office/operations manager with a creative edge. You will have strong IT skills and be a confident problem solver. Desirable criteria - 5+ years experience within an office manager role.
