Honeycomb is delighted to be working with one of the biggest fit-out companies in Belfast in hopes of recruiting an Office Manager.
The Client is one of Belfast's biggest fit-out companies recognised for their work with some of the largest companies in the world. The company is based in their head office in greater Belfast and due to company success, they are now looking for an Office Manager.
In the role you will be first point of contact for the business. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the office, providing any administration for contracts, procurement, HSEQ and purchasing. You will be updating the company systems with relevant data, assisting with logistics and scheduling contractors. You will also be performing HR duties, dealing with company finances, visit sites to check the progression on projects and building relationships with stakeholders.
The right person for this role will be able to use their own initiative, be very organised and able to mange their workload efficiently. You will need to have 3+ years office management or senior administration experience.
