Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading hospitality business, to recruit a permanent Office Manager for the iconic Belfast operation. The business hosts some of the best events Northern Ireland has to offer, and is now in the exciting position of appointing a permanent Office Manager to oversee the inventory, finance and operations admin function.
The role of Office Manager is an all encompassing business support role responsible for facilities management, document control, process improvement and providing transactional finance support. This is a highly desirable opportunity that requires someone proactive who displays strong commercial acumen. Within this role, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the team and be responsible for the end to end administration function.
The right person for this role will be an office management professional with experience ideally gained from within an events, hospitality or catering setting.You will have strong IT skills and be comfortable working with finances and MS Excel.
The package for this role is a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE. Full package details can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
