This is an exciting opportunity for a senior administrator, focusing on providing support to senior leadership team, as well as supporting event coordination for company-wide initiatives.
- Diary management
- Travel booking for global colleagues
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring catering is supported for internal and external meetings
- Day-to-day administration managing inboxes and telephone lines
- Event coordination
- 1 years' administrative experience in support capacity, ideally working to directors/senior leadership
- Strong IT skills
- Proven experience facilitating meetings
- Microsoft certification
