Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading scientific business, to recruit for a Logistics Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an interesting logistics role within an office-based capacity. The business is consistently busy and the logistics operation exports products all over the globe, however this role is focused on goods-in. We are looking for someone organised, customer-focused and efficient to join the close-knit team.
The role of logistics administrator will be responsible for overseeing the goods-in operation and booking in raw materials. You will be responsible also for processing purchase orders and completing finance admin tasks. You will also support with general admin within the department and get involved in suggesting areas for improvement.
The right person for this role will have recent experience gained within a logistics/transport/supply chain support role. You will have demonstrably strong MS Excel skills and be competent using ERP/MRP software.
The package for this role is a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 pa. You will contracted to working 37.5 hours per week. There are attractive benefits with this role which can be discussed upon first interview with Honeycomb.
