Honeycomb is assisting our client, a premium student accommodation provider, with the recruitment of a Lettings and Sales Administrator for their Grade A accommodation site in Belfast city centre. This is a full time & perm role
An international Student property company who have just established a new accommodation hub in Belfast.
You will have responsibility for working with the General Manager and the team in managing the student residence. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service with a focus on leasing the residence to target occupancy and income. The post holder will also provide administrative support to maximise occupancy and income generation for the residence. You will be leading the sales process, dealing with all front-line queries both in person, over the telephone and via digital communication channels. An ability as a methodical multi-tasker is essential.
You will work closely with the General Manager to formulate and maintain guidance on best practice across administrative and lettings responsibilities. You will manage the enquiry pipeline, local lead generation and act as an advisor on the cost of sales budgets for your residence and will act as an advisor to GM with respect to the media and activities that will yield the best return on investment. Your role will be crucial in supporting the sales of the business across for the residence and assessing the performance of current marketing activities to inform future campaigns.
You will support the General Manager with responsibility for revenue and profit generation through business retention and the sourcing of new local business in line with Company strategy. You will assist in lead generation and lead conversion of students in your residence, identifying sales and marketing opportunities to drive core sales leads to the residence. With an eye for detail, it will be your responsibility to ensure that there is a seamless sales process, maximising conversion and creating referrals from new student leads. You will assist in generating new business for the residence, contributing to the growth in occupancy for both the core and summer letting periods. This will be done through direct sales activities, active sourcing of new business opportunities and following up leads from sales and marketing activities, particularly focusing on targeting students . You will be pro-active in identifying and executing new sales and marketing opportunities in and around the local areas, specifically identifying opportunities that the residence teams do not target.
The role will drive local sales and marketing activity in liaison with the GM and residence team and external parties in order to generate new opportunities. Sales planning and understanding the financial impact of all potential business will form a key part of the role, in conjunction with the coordination of tenancy agreement information and data for the purposes of regular reporting.
The close working relationship with the General Manager and the local team is critical to the success of th is role and the Residence. It is essential that you have the ability to work on your own as well as part a team and can communicate effectively at levels.
- Educated to A' level standard or above
- Desired - degree level education in subjects such as sales or marketing .
- Previous administrative experience in a sales/business development environment
- Strong understanding of business planning in terms of process and
- Proven presentation and communication
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Salary is £20 - £22K with an excellent benefits package
