Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a Help Desk Administrator £18.5k- £20k (Belfast) for an exceptional construction business. The client has a fantastic reputation being a leader in their field throughout Northern Ireland.
The business operate from a Belfast location and have an established high performing team. The client is now seeking an excellent Help Desk Administrator to support the business in retaining and expanding existing customer base with an exceptional service standard.
The role is Full Time - Permanent - Mon- Fri - Office hours / You will work from home in this role which may change to a hybrid / Working on site in the future.
The role of Help desk administrator involves liaising with clients and contractors in building strong customer relations whilst ensuring the best outcome for both the customer and business. You will communicate with clients via email, phone, fax and in person. You will log, track and monitor workflow to support the business in maintaining service level agreements. You will work closely with the internal engineering team to ensure all tasks are scheduled to response times. The role is responsible for upholding the company's exceptional reputation and being a brand ambassador.
The right person for this role will be a professional individual with demonstrable customer service/administrative experience. You will be excited by working in a busy environment and work to a high level of accuracy. A big part of the admin will be fulfilled across the excel function of MS Suite so it is essential to be I.T proficient.
You will have at least 2 years Admin / Customer service experience to be considered. It is highly desirable if you are coming from a similar background.
Salary £18.5-£20k and an enhanced benefits package dependant on experience.
