Honeycomb is assisting our client, a leading financial services company, with the recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator for their large wealth management team based in Belfast city centre. This is a permanent, full time role with excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
The role of Financial Services Administrator is to support the Advisors and Wealth Analysts within the Belfast and UK wide network across a range of administrative duties. This is a crucial role for the business and is one with excellent opportunities for career progression and development. Support for professional qualifications is offered.
Typical duties will include:
- Day to Day processing of new business applications
- Preparing valuations for Advisors
- Preparing client files
- Communicating inquiries to the Advisors
- Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Belfast and UK offices
- General administrative support
This role would suit someone with Financial Services administration experience looking to progress their career with a company that offers long term career opportunities. Experience working in an IFA practice would be highly desirable.
Salary for this role is £20-£25K depending on skills and experience. An excellent Benefit packages accompanies this competitive salary.
