Honeycomb is in partnership with a renowned tech business who are leading across the globe with their SaaS offering. We are assisting with the recruitment of a Customer Success Manager for their office based in Belfast. This assignment is a full time temporary opportunity, with the opportunity to work from home.
A Technology company who have accelerated dramatically in the last 5 years, our client have distinct focus on customer satisfaction at present. In search of a dedicated aftersales person, they are keen to ensure there is continued smooth onboarding of new accounts and efficient dealing of product queries.
The role of Customer Success Manager will be to deliver a unique customer experience across their well established client base. Typical duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact by dealing with customers directly, answering questions and providing solutions for issues raised
- Nurture and develop relationships with clients and customers post onboarding
- Maximise business opportunities within the current client base
- Carry out regular reviews with customers to ensure full utilisation of the product
- Support other and new team members by developing, coaching and training the wider team on new policies and processes.
- Customer Success or Account Management experience in an SaaS organisation
- Technically minded with previous exposure Customer Success applications.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple platforms
- Ability to manage multiple customers and present technical information to non-technical audiences
An attractive salary of between £30,000 to £40,000 will be on offer for the successful candidate. The company also offer a remote working scheme during this time
