Honeycomb is assisting our client, an established and growing Financial Services company, with the recruitment of a team of Customer Success Executives for their office based in central Belfast. These are permanent and full time opportunities.
Our client is an award-winning regulatory reporting firm with offices in London, New York, Belfast and Dublin. They work with some of the largest consultancies and FTSE 200 companies, helping them with their reporting and filings each year. Their products and services are designed to simplify the reporting process making regulatory filings one less challenge for clients to tackle.
The role of Customer Success Executive sits within the Support and Implementation Department. The team deliver expert advise and technical solutions to meet the needs of the customer. There are 2 main responsibilities to this role:
Support is essential for developing relationships with our customers, teammates and all departments to help drive growth and retention by ensuring customer loyalty. You will be helping to transform our current support structure from hand-held to self-serve. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in providing customer support and strong technical skills, having the aptitude to troubleshoot issues, identify workarounds and solutions, as well as being able to multitask effectively. Additionally, the Support/Implementation team is accountable for the achievement of SLA targets and manages and maintains the ticket queue.
Training and Implementation
You will be the first introduction to the functionality of the product. Alongside support, helping customers to get started correctly on our platform by creating the best on-boarding experience ensures that they buy into the business long term. You will be working on implementation projects, creating a process on our platform in line with the client's requirements. You will be active in logging any faults or disruptions with the product team efficiently.

- Fully proficient across the MS Office package.
- Fast to learn new software
Salary for this role is £20,000
