Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting our client, a start-up FinTech organisation, with the recruitment of a Customer Success Executive. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Belfast City Centre. The team are rapidly growing, so this is an exciting time to join the organisation!
Our client is operating in the FinTech space, and have developed an app for use in the retail space.
This is a hybrid and varied role, which will initially start with client mapping, onboarding of new clients and ensuring customers have the smoothest journey possible.
You will also be managing the client database, following up with warm leads, regularly calling and communicating with existing customers to prevent journey.
This role will suit someone who is prepared to adapt, change and ultimately wear multiple hats within the organisation to support their growth.
You will be a go-getter, who is prepared to be flexible as is required with an everchanging start-up company. You will be prepared to adapt the role and mould it to ultimately support customers through their product journey.
- Experience working within a technology company (ideally start-up)
- Experience with client onboarding processes
- Comfortable with cold, outbound calls
- Experience within customer success, ensuring all customers receive the best experience with the product
