Honeycomb is pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Services Analyst for a fantastic business based in Belfast. The business is a national organisation with an NI head office based in Belfast. The business sits within the utilities market and is a household name within this sector. Due to continued growth and expansion, the business is now seeking to recruit a Customer Service Analyst on a full time, permanent basis.
The role of Customer Services Analyst is a highly interesting and diverse role within the customer care team which examines data and ensures the team is working to maximum efficiency. You will dissect data sets and runs reports which will aid the overall efficiency of the business. You will use Excel and internal databases to fulfil your role and will also directly support the Operational Support Manager.
The right person for this role will be someone with an analytic mind paired with demonstrable analyst experience gained within a commercial environment. You will have strong Excel skills and have experience managing large data sets. You will have demonstrable customer care experience and be passionate about developing within an analyst role.
The package for this role is a competitive salary paying between £18K-£20K DOE. There is a generous wider benefits package with 9-5, Mon - Fri working hours
