Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a market leading multi-brand organisation, in the recruitment of a Customer Service Team Senior to assist with the leadership of a high achieving customer service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service professional with supervisory/management experience. The position of Customer Service Team Senior is responsible for working closely with the sales department to facilitate the process of the movement of goods across multiple locations, UK wide. The Customer Service Team Senior will work closely with the management team to report on issues whilst providing coaching to colleagues. This position also incorporates HR administration, order processing and building strong remote working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The right person for this position will be a problem-solver who thrives in a solutions and communications based environment. The successful candidate will also possess;
- Previous experience within an office based customer service environment essential
- Strong IT skill-set including Excel
- Previous management experience essential
- ERP experience advantageous
- Team player
The package for this role consists of a competitive salary and working days of Monday- Friday. There is no evening or weekend working with this position. There is parking onsite. Full package details can be discussed upon first meeting with Honeycomb.
