The role of Customer Service Coordinator involves liaising with customers via phone, email and at times, in person to fulfill orders and provide expert product information. You will be responsible for inventory management, dealing with suppliers and ensuring goods are available and customer queries are being met. As the business operates within the electrical market, some level of electrical knowledge is required to fulfill this role.
The right person for this role will be an experienced customer service professional with a background in industry. You may have worked within a builders merchants or trade counter and be keen to progress your career within a more office-based role. Attitude is the most important thing for this role outside of sector experience.
The package for this role is a competitive salary of between £20K-£25K with social, Mon-Fri working days/hours. This is a great opportunity with long-term career advancement.
