Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a fantastic client based in Belfast. The client is a large healthcare business with an expansive service and product range. The client operates throughout the UK and provides critical services within the healthcare sector. The client has experienced an uplift in work and through expansion is seeking a new member of the team for a period of 1 year.
The role of customer service administrator is a primarily admin based role which consists of updating customer accounts, processing orders and overseeing transactional finance tasks. You will liaise with customers when required to provide exceptional customer service. You will utilise CRM and Microsoft packages to fulfil your position. Due to the technical and interesting nature of the business, no 2 days are the same.
The right person for this role will have a background in administration and, ideally, finance administration. The right person for this role will have a solid work history and a positive attitude. This role is available for the period of 1 year however there is always the possibility of extension/permanency. The role sits within a comfortable office environment with 9-5 working hours.
The package for this role is a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 with 9-5 working hours. There is parking on-site and a friendly, inclusive office environment within one of the UKs most renowned healthcare businesses.
