You will be working in a small but highly successful team to achieve targets and provide the best standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will manage a variety of customer scenarios and no 2 days are the same within this role. You will run reports, provide an excellent standard of service and provide expert business knowledge also. Full training is provided.
To succeed in these roles, the successful candidates will have a strong background in customer service, within a customer contact centre environment. Customer Service experience within the Utilities industry is particularly desirable. To be considered, all candidates must have at least 5 GCSES ranging from A-C, 2 including Maths and English. The roles will require candidates with proven experience working with high volume calls and paperwork and who can adopt a positive approach to challenging situations.
