The role of Customer Registration Team Leader is responsible for answering all billing enquiries via email and making amendments when required. This is a very interesting role which will incorporate reporting and providing analysis on key business trends.
The right person for this role will be someone with previous team leader experience and experience gained also within the utility industry. The successful candidate will have an advanced Excel skill set and be a team player with a friendly disposition.
