The role of Administrator is a varied and exciting one which is all about helping and supporting clients in their journey to become debt free. As such, my client is looking for applications from individuals who have a positive attitude, are professional and customer centric, are comfortable engaging with clients and who will buy in to the overall company's values and purpose. This is an administrative role with a telephony element and as such requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full training will be provided and you will be joining an experienced team who will be there to support you with your own development.

To apply for this role, you must have GCSE Maths & English (Grade A-C) or equivalent, be proficient in the use of the MS Office suite and have previous experience in a client facing role to include telephony skills.
