A Global Law firm that specialise across a range of sectors from Agriculture to Financial Services with international locations are seeking to add a permanent, professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to their team.
Your new role
You will be working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients including handling telephone calls and dealing with all enquiries and relaying messages were appropriate. You will be responsible for booking and setting up meeting room and private offices. You will process all incoming and outgoing mail. You will liaise closely with the PA of the management team and also the Office Operations Assistant and cover duties if required. You will assist in arranging meetings and functions as well as preparing papers and presentations. You will support travel and accommodation for team members or visitors of the Belfast office. You will provide cover for office functions and events when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have similar experience in a professional services environment. You will have a Grade C or above in both GCSE Maths and English. You will be an excellent communicator, have the ability to work to your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. You will proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint. You will be a team player and have a positive work attitude and strong work ethic. You will have excellent attention to detail and provide excellent customer service
