Your new role
You will be required to provide administration as required, answer telephone enquiries from the public, preparation of draft e mails, letters and invitations. You will be assisting the management and planning of internal and external meetings/events and manage incoming and outgoing mail and e mail to the office and ensure it is forwarded to appropriate colleagues. You will have to manage the office diary including room bookings and process invoices for external. Liaising with facilities to ensure video/telephone conferences are set up in good time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including experience of electronic diary management and experience of electronic relationships management systems and procurement systems would be beneficial. You must also have excellent audio and copy typing skills, and can type at a high speed, accurately and with excellent attention to detail. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
