Your new role
This is a new and unique role and will be of interest to a candidate who has customer service and administration experience while also providing advice, guidance and information on acting as an employer. You do not require and HR or accountancy background but good mathematical skills are needed.
This role will require excellent interpersonal skills in order to support service users who are recently bereaved or are undergoing other challenging life experiences. Patience and Empathy are essential for this role.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent record keeping skills
Ability to adapt communication to best meet the needs of individual Service Users and professionals
Ability to prepare written and financial reports
Able to use Excel, Outlook and other Office 365 software
Advanced level maths (desirable)
Able to use Zoom and other video call software
Well-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
In a position to work from home
Able to assess and prioritise workload
Can work flexibly in order to meet the demands of the work
