Your new role
You will be based in the reception area, you will deal with all visitors and phone calls that come into the organisation. You will also be responsible for all administration duties including maintaining the general filing systems, record all incoming mail and distribute to the relevant staff, order stationary and ensure adequate supplies are maintained. You will also be responsible for maintaining databases ensuring records are kept up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 1 year's previous administration experience. You will have excellent communication skills and have previous experience looking after a reception area and dealing with queries both internally and externally. You will have good IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages particularly Word & Excel.
