We are looking for an Administration and Bookings Coodinator to join our professional services client's operations team.
The successful candidate will be focused on providing a top-quality administration and customer service to clients utlising the services of this company.
This role involves working in a very busy environment, dealing with customers via telephone and email, taking bookings of jobs, contacting Interpreters to fill jobs and management of an excel diary.
The candidate should have experience multi-tasking and must have excellent time management and organisational skills
- GCSE Maths & English
- Administration/Office Experience
- Experience working with Excel, Outlook
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
Hours of work:
Full-time, approx. 37.5 hours per week Monday through to Friday.
